IN PERSON OR REMOTE 1 HOUR OR 1.5 HOUR SESSIONS

Ahead of your session, Andrea will prompt you to craft a question or intention to journey for guidance on with your helping spirits. At the beginning of the session we will hone the question/intention together.

Andrea will journey simultatneously as her helping spirits respond to the same question or intention for you. As she drums for or with you - she can instruct you on how to drum if you would like to learn - you will receive informtion through your senses. Then, we will compare notes. There are always overlapps in our journeys, and while the experiences may differ, there is always shared wisdom, as well as important information that only one of us may receive.

The drumming consists of a monotone beat that mimics the heartbeat of the mother earth. Before we enter this trance-like state, if you are laying down to receive, Andrea will call in the spirits and lead you in a relaxation. Or if you are drumming together you will first call in the spirits together.

There will be time to share our respective journeys, compare notes, and discuss meaning, and ways for you to dive deeper and continue the process through various tools such as dream work, journaling, ritual, ceremony, etc.
