RESIDENCY / RETREAT

This will be a time for you to connect deeply with yourself in this beautiful, alive place in nature. Many of the group activities are optional, everyone is free to participate or to take time for yourself to do your own practices, work, relax, and play. All of the elements are available to tap into, to support and guide our work as a group and individually.

We’ll dive into practical tools for accesing the energetic portals and related histories at the temple ruin sites of Segesta and Selinunte. We access these portals to shift our personal and collective realities with the guidance of the current and historical energies present at these sites. You will connect with and deepen your existing connections with helping spirits. These tools can be used lifelong - applied to your daily life, healing, larger life goals, and transformation for the collective.

We’ll learn rituals and intuitive tools, and then have the incredible priviledge of practicing them under the stars after opening hours at the beautifully intact temple ruin of Segesta. And, over two afternoons we will be in ritual at the temple to the divine feminine at the Selinunte site of many temple ruins. These are opportunities for to work with your spirit helpers and espeically palpable, accessible energies of the sites. We will ask the ancestors of this place how they shifted their realities in difficult times, with similarities to the ones we are living in now.

Each day - morning or later afternoon - there will be the opportunity to enjoy the beaches, waters and hiking. During the heat of the day, we will be inside, immersing in ritual and meditation lead by Andrea. In addition to ritual at the ruins, we will connect in nature at Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve.

Shamanic drum journeying will be the basis of our work, together with other practices and rituals for direct connection the earth and the histories and energies of the ruin sites. We will access energies, set intentions for our lives, and receive healing for ourselves and the collective.

Regina Hundemer, historical guide, will join us as we walk the sites, to add context for our understanding of the energies we are experiencing. and for clarity in crafting of intentions.

We stay two beautiful hotels, one in the town of Scopello near Segesta Archaological Park and one in an olive grove near Selinunte Archaeological Park, both overlooking the sea. There will be time for ritual each day, in preparaion of our visits to the sites and our time in nature. Optional outings will include a visit a medieval hilltop city, thermal baths, daily wimming at pristine, clear, turquoise beaches, and hiking in Lo Zingaro nature reserve, and Agrigento Archaological Park.

There will be ample time for you to have down time or explore as you wish. You will have your own room at each of our two locations, unless you wish to share.

INQUIRE

The September 2025 retreat was a dream come true!

From past participants:

“The retreat with Andrea was the opening of possibilities. In the scared, healing, feminine space Andrea created, I was renewed by the wisdom of the land and the sea — elemental, inspirational and timeless.”

— Leah Rachel

“Thank you for one of the most extraordinary weeks of my life.  Your thoughtful and loving energy held space for us to come together as one and journey with guides and angels and the magic spirits of Sicily. You lead us on journeys to ancient civilizations and journeys deep into our souls. We danced at night with the Elymians in the Segesta temple during the new moon equinox. We laid down on sacred sites of worship at the Hera and Zeus temple ruins at Selinunte. It was profoundly transformative. All while staying in a fabulous house with amazing food, beautiful swims in the Mediterranean Sea, nourishing mineral baths, and quaint ancient villages. Because of all that you provided, I felt safe and protected and was able to expand into the magic and will always be changed by the experience. Your provocative questions, caretaking, knowledge of the area, its history, and your access to unknown knowledge.  I can’t thank you enough.”
